children happier, more normal childhood,
and more productive adult lives.They

Operating
costs for one child costs P8,000-P10,000.
This will provide all expenses needed
for the operation. You will also
receive letters from us with news
and photographs showing the progress
of the child that you have funded.
We also encourage the beneficiaries
to write to you directly expressing
their appreciation and sharing their
story with you. |

amount that you can give is greatly
appreciated and will help someone.
Many donors give small amounts which
we then pool together to help augment
the cost per operation so no matter
how small, your contribution will
make a direct difference to somebody.

A group of friends working together can help
bring back more smiles to more children…
Form
a Circle of PBM Champions
Here’s How:
1. Get 10
friends or more to join you in forming the
Circle.
2. Each member of the friends will pledge
to donate at least US$10.00
a month.
3. The group will then remit the amount
of US$100.00 or more to the Ayala
Foundation USA under the name of one member
as a donor. The
selection of the name may be based alphabetically.
Please
be sure the check is issued in the name
of Ayala Foundation – USA
Ayala Foundation will issue an acknowledgement
receipt, and a certificate which the named
donor can use for tax deduction purposes.
The amount in the check will be sent by
AF-USA to PBM in the Philippines.
4. Each
member of the Circle will be named as donor
of the subsequent
monthly donations sent to Ayala Foundation
–USA. AF-USA will
issue tax –deduction certificate in the
name of the donor
of the month.
5. After each member has been named as donor,
the Circle may start again.
PBM will
appreciate receiving information about the
new circle so that it can be acknowledged
by the organization, and made part of its
records.
