In Y2002 Smile Train awarded PBM a grant to undertake treatment and surgical operations for children with Cleft Lip/Palate deformities under the Smile Train sponsorship. This was accomplished with a total of 230 children being served. In August 2003 Smile Train extended their original grant to benefit an additional 250 children up to July 2004 and now on its fourth year which has developed into a smooth and effective program of jointly increasing the number of children served and enhancing the quality of these services. Since Y2002 up to Y2004 Smile Train has operated a total of 585 children. Truly this is in-keeping with its motto of
